This is the FIRST example of this original Marley poster to appear in our auction! When it comes to important historical reggae figures there is Bob Marley in a league of his own then everyone else. That's why it seems that almost every Marley item we offer at auction commands record bidding activity and prices realized. This relic is without a doubt one of the highlights of this auction.
With Shotgun supporting this concert on June 14th took place during Marley's "Natty Dread" tour in 1975. The tour began in Miami Florida on June 5th and ended in Manchester England on July 20th. Very few of these ultra rare original posters survived the passage of time. This is the first we've handled. With regard to desirability this piece is a world class collectible.
