In 1969 Jethro Tull released their second album “Stand Up” and it quickly reached No. 1 in the UK charts. The album was re-released later in 1973 on Chrysalis Records and this original double sided promotional card was produced for marketing & distribution to retailers. Ian Anderson by now had established himself as the group's leader and songwriter for most of their material.
