This early Fillmore Auditorium poster was produced for a Valentine's Day 1967 event at the venue featuring Blue Cheer Quicksilver Messenger Service and more. It is not part of the numbered BG series and is a very rare offering from the famed venue. The San Francisco Acid Rock band Blue Cheer was one of the great bands of the era. They were unapologetically powerful and loud. Their take on Eddie Cochran’s “Summertime Blues” is the quintessential version of the song.
