| This lot contains the 1977 Issue #5 of the Search & Destroy Punk Newsprint Magazine featuring Talking Heads Nico Crisis Screamers and more. Search & Destroy began publishing issues in 1976 and was the brainchild of photographer Richard Peterson. It was San Francisco’s first and best-known punk magazine and was named after the Stooges song. These early issues are very difficult to find now. Measures 11" x 17 1/2". Printed on newsprint.
