Here we have a very RARE original Allman Brothers Poster we are offering for the FIRST TIME in our auction! This is a piece with eye appeal and striking artwork design. The poster was produced to advertise the band's appearance at the Gardens Auditorium in Vancouver British Columbia on February 24th 1972. Alex Taylor was in support. The Allman Brothers Band were touring continuously in early of 1972 near the release of their third album "Eat A Peach".
Various sources indicate the show may have been moved to Pacific Coliseum (also in Vancouver and on the same date) after the promotional material was produced. This concert took place just months after the tragic death of Duane Allman. "We'd been through hell but somehow we were rolling bigger than ever " stated Gregg Allman when asked in past interviews about early 1972. Very little material from the early years of the Allman brothers still exists today in ANY condition!
