This double sided Original Handbill is quite special with the great Jethro Tull and Detroit's MC5 playing two shows at the Eagles Auditorium in Seattle during early March 1969. The reverse side exhibits upcoming ads for The Paul Butterfield Blues Band with Pulse (3/15) Ten Years After with the Don Ellis Orchestra (3/22) Creedence Clearwater Revival (3/28 at Seattle Exhibition Hall) and Deep Purple/John Mayall/Jeff Beck (4/3 at Seattle Center Arena). The design was created by artist John Moehring.

Moehring has been widely recognized as one of the top designers of concert material during this era in Seattle and Portland. The works of art he created for Boyd Grafmyre Productions between 1967-1969 are legendary and highly sought after by collectors. We are pleased to feature this high grade original handbill in our auction for the first time!
