This lot is amongst the first posters from the Ultrasounds Collection to be CGC authenticated and graded. A portion of the proceeds of this lot will be donated to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina. Together we CAN end hunger. Based in North Carolina since 1981 the non-profit Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina annually distributes over 70 million pounds of food and household items throughout their 24 county service region. Here we have an original poster showcasing Badly Drawn Boy at the Showbox in Seattle Washington & the Aladdin in Portland Oregon on November 2nd & 3rd 2002. The English indie singer-songwriter & multi-instrumentalist Damon Michael Gough chose his stage name from a character from the show "Sam and his Magic Ball" which he saw on TV at a party in Manchester in 1995. This is the first example of this Mike King designed poster to appear in our auction.
