This poster is from the legendary Ultrasounds Collection the most extensive and finest quality collection of concert posters from this era. This lot is amongst the first posters from the Ultrasounds Collection to be CGC authenticated and graded.

A portion of the proceeds of this lot will be donated to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina. Together we CAN end hunger. Based in North Carolina since 1981 the non-profit Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina annually distributes over 70 million pounds of food and household items throughout their 24 county service region.

Here we have an original poster showcasing the Long Beach Dub All-Stars performing at the Roseland in Portland Oregon in August 1997. The group included members of Sublime who had disbanded a year prior when lead singer Bradley Nowell passed away. This tour was a re-birth for those musicians in many ways and there was a needed positive vibe being implemented within their music as well as their return to the stage. Poster artist Mike King brilliantly captured the essence of the bands he designed event announcements for and this artwork featuring the classic Hawaiian Punch guy is no exception. King had a special knack for effectively referencing popular culture characters perfectly.
