| This poster is from the legendary Ultrasounds Collection the most extensive and finest quality collection of concert posters from this era. This lot is amongst the very FIRST posters from the Ultrasounds Collection to be CGC authenticated and graded. As such it’s unique and historically important provenance has been specially designated on the CGC label. A portion of the proceeds of this lot will be donated to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina. Together we CAN end hunger. Based in North Carolina since 1981 the non-profit Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina annually distributes over 70 million pounds of food and household items throughout their 24 county service region. Here we have an original pacific northwest poster featuring Reverend Horton Heat at Portland's Crystal Ballroom and the Showbox in Seattle during April 2003. The Blasters and BR549 were in support. These posters were designed by Mike King and put up on telephone poles & walls in a hurry. Ask anyone that was walking the streets of Portland at the time and they’ll tell you it was commonplace to see these posters stapled one on top of another totaling 3-5 inches thick. The daily rain and humidity of the region took care of the rest resulting in very low percentages having survived in good condition like THIS one here!
