This is the FIRST CGC Graded example of this rare Grande Ballroom handbill we've auctioned! It was designed by renowned Detroit artist Gary Grimshaw for a run of shows featuring the Poor Souls and more at the Grande Ballroom in April 1967! Many of the bands from this period that appeared at the Grande have clearly eluded the history books. Regardless of the lack of pedigree with these acts the handbills themselves serve as incredible historical documents from a powerful period in music and culture. THERE WERE NO POSTERS OF THIS EVENT PRODUCED! The Grande Ballroom series produced some of the finest imagery from the 1960’s music scene!
