1967 – Berkeley Community Theatre/Masonic Audiorium – PAE Graded MINT 97!

Here is an offering by one of the less famous but equally talented poster artists of the day Greg Irons. Irons who produced a significant body of poster art was equally known for his stellar work as an underground comix creator. Before his early tragic death Greg Irons produced some of the most interesting and comical posters of the genre. Additionally later in his career he spent his energy studying and creating amazing tattoo art. This poster was produced for a pair of concerts featuring folk artists Dave Van Ronk and Joan Baez’ sister Mimi Farina. The shows were held one night at the Berkeley Community Theater and the other at the Masonic Auditorium in San Francisco This poster measures 14” x 20 ” and is in fantastic shape. There are no nicks tears pinholes or restoration of any kind. The only flaw is a tiny 1/4 “ top right hand corner bump. A great artist great design and practically flawless condition all in one piece.
