This is an original Jerry Garcia personal check (Jerome Garcia) SIGNED by Jerry Garcia! Dated 2/6/95 and check number 200 from the register this check was written for $330 to Carolyn Ingram a personal therapist residing in the San Francisco Bay Area. The official bank stamp on the reverse shows the check was deposited on May 8 1995. The check belongs to the same Bank address and Garcia PO Box address as the Jerry Garcia Band business check we previously auctioned in June for $2760 (the name of the Bank changed from "Bank of Marin" to Westamerica Bank but the address in San Rafael remained the same).
