In September 1993 DGC & Sub Pop Records released the Nirvana album “In Utero”. It was the follow up record after “Nevermind” had launched them into world wide success. The cover album art contained medical textbook imagery conveying frontman Kurt Cobain's outlook on his publicized life and his band's newfound fame. This is a large original Promotional Poster issued by the record company during the release of the album.
