This original handbill was produced for a concert by Steppenwolf at the National Guard Armory in Minneapolis Minnesota on August 8 1969. The Canadian band was one of the more successful bands of the era with huge paydays for the hits “Born to be Wild” and “Magic Carpet Ride”. This piece was designed by artist Timothy Dixon. Dixon also designed artwork on promo material for additional shows during the same tour in Kansas City Houston New Haven and Providence. Superb Museum Quality Condition!
