One of the most popular Psychedelic images of all time! Knowledgeable collectors know that this is one of the most difficult posters to find in high - grade condition and this example grades PAE Mint 95 according to the very strict grading standards of the Psychedelic Art Exchange.

This cosmic “Acid Drop” imagery was created by Steve Catron for a series of concerts by the Grateful Dead and Chuck Berry at the Carousel Ballroom on March 29 -31 1968. The poster measures 16”x 22 1/8”. There are no nicks cuts or pinholes! This is a large poster and the FINEST WE HAVE HANDLED. Just the slightest handling upper right and a pencil $2000 on reverse are only imperfections. This poster is featured in the “Art of Rock” plate # 2.163. With pin-holed examples bringing well over $4 000 this almost perfect copy is estimated to be worth a multiple of the value of damaged copies.
