A CGC Graded 9.9 gem poster! Prince collectible material has been red hot ever since the legends unfortunate passing. This run of shows in 1993 at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium for Prince was promoting his Love Symbol Album released the previous year after a dispute with Warner Brothers Records. It was conceived as a fantasy rock soap opera. This was Prince's first tour of the United States since 1988's Lovesexy Tour. The New Power Generation were Prince's backing band of musicians from 1990 to 2013. They debuted live during his "Nude" Tour in 1990 and in the studio on the 1991 Prince album "Diamonds and Pearls".
This beautiful 9.9 graded example here is unique and should really generate bidder attention! In April a lower 9.8 graded specimen reached $840 in our auction. In every collectibles market there are many collectors that will only be satisfied with owning items in top condition. The 9.9 museum quality of this poster exemplifies what they are looking for.
