Here we have an original Cat Stevens Poster from the Santa Clara County Fairgrounds during late November of 1971. The great Mimi Farina was in support. Having established a signature sound a few years prior Cat Stevens enjoyed a string of success in the early seventies. His “Teaser and the Firecat” album had just been released. It reached number two on the charts and achieved gold record status within three weeks of its release. The legendary record included several timeless hits like "Peace Train" "Morning Has Broken" and "Moonshadow". We rarely see posters and promotional material for Cat Stevens in our auction. This vintage original specimen has major eye appeal and is SIGNED by the artist!
