Here we have a SIGNED original poster featuring two iconic names in rock from their VERY EARLY days and appearing in our auction for the FIRST time! The poster was produced by artist Andrew Elias to advertise Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes at Buffalo State in October of 1976. The group had just released their debut album "I Don't Want to go Home" a couple months prior. Bruce Springsteen wrote the liner notes. During October the album was promoted with several tour dates at Universities on the east coast.
In addition the poster advertises an appearance the next day by the legendary Nils Lofgren who was also in the early stages of his solo career having just released "Cry Tough" the follow-up to his debut album.
