This poster is from the legendary Ultrasounds Collection the most extensive and finest quality collection of concert posters from this era. This lot is amongst the very FIRST posters from the Ultrasounds Collection to be CGC authenticated and graded. As such it’s unique and historically important provenance has been specially designated on the CGC label.
The net proceeds of this lot will be donated to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina. Together we CAN end hunger. The Jayhawks are one of the most respected "underground" alt-country bands of the modern era. Their fourth album "Tomorrow the Green Grass" remains one of their landmark recordings and was highly under-rated & under-appreciated at the time of its release. The group is featured performing an acoustic set on this 2002 original poster from the Roseland Theater in Portland. The Cash Brothers were in support. There were NO official reprints of these Mike King designed posters that are still readily available in big quantities today. All that's left are the few surviving Original First Printings. This is a ground floor opportunity for collectors!
