The Kinks were among the British invasion's most influential and entertaining groups. Their chart topping hit “You Really Got Me” propelled them to great heights in a short time in 1964. This original poster was produced to promote their appearance at the Dane County Memorial Coliseum in fall 1979. In support was a very young JOHN COUGAR MELLENCAMP performing under the name Johnny Cougar at this time during his very EARLY career!
