Pat Hanks designed this country style blank-back postcard image of the Bill Graham numbered series. It ran the same week at the Fillmore as the BG-140 Winterland shows for Jimi Hendrix therefore the numbering of BG-140-A was issued in the official Bill Graham Presents catalog.
