The FD-38 masterpiece by Victor Moscoso is at the top of the list of the artists contributions to the Avalon Ballroom /Family Dog series. The design was an early experiment by the artist in the use of opposing colors to create different effects. This poster is prominently displayed in The Museum of Modern Art in New York City. It's one of the classic images of 1960’s Psychedelic Poster Art and will forever be treasured as such. In October 2017 a lower 9.6 graded example reached $1162 in our auction.
