This Fillmore poster created by the late great Wes Wilson was his second to last for Bill Graham. After BG-62 Wilson ended his tenure as the exclusive artist for the Fillmore. He would return for after a year and a half absence to contribute 2 more posters. By that time his style had changed dramatically. Here the artist employs a combination of abstract design and strong color to promote a 1968 Santana concert.
Santana is a Rock and Roll Hall of Famer that still packs crowds into concerts today. This underscores the desirability and appeal of this issue!
