San Francisco’s own hardcore punk band The Dead Kennedys are promoted on this original New Years Eve concert poster from the Starlite Ballroom. During this era the group’s music had evolved considerably in a short time moving away from the thrash hardcore formula of the seventies toward a more innovative style which showcased their stronger musicianship qualities. Their songwriting also led a major rebellion against much of what was beginning to happen as we entered the Reagan years. This poster is in Museum Quality Condition with no nicks cuts tears or pinholes!
