This is a collection of 2 Portland Oregon Original Rubberneck Concert Posters. Both measure 11” x 17” each and are PAE Graded Near Mint "89 and Mint “95”. 100% Original with no restoration. They were produced before the concerts for hanging on telephone poles record store windows ticket agencies and coffee houses around town.
Formed by the Ojeda brothers Rubberneck was one of Portland Oregon's premier Latin Funk bands from 1992 through 2005. The group featured Ricardo Ojeda on guitars and vocals Pablo Ojeda on bass and Pat Stevens on drums. Material from the pacific northwest is always considered special by collectors. They often tell a story all their own and have a different vibe than pieces from other parts of the country. It’s hard to believe these posters are 25 years old. “Telephone pole fliers” like this are highly collectible and are notably representative of the music loving culture that produced them.
