The Diggers were a group of activists that originated in the Haight Ashbury in 1967. The were anti capitalists/ Socialist/ Anarchists and were responsible for providing free food to the community and creating events that encouraged free thinking and hope for a new society. This rare publication from 1968 was a collection of previous writings that promoted their free thinking agenda summarized the Diggers ethos.
