A Globe Printing Corp cardboard poster! Mitch Ryder & The Detroit Wheels were a popular rock group in the mid to late sixties and they recorded several hit records for labels DynoVoice Records and New Voice most notably the classics "Devil with a Blue Dress On" "Sock It to Me Baby!" and "Jenny Take a Ride!" Years later performers like Bruce Springsteen would often work covers of these classic Mitch Ryder hits into his quarter to 3am roof ripping encore medleys.
It's no secret that Globe cardboard concert posters are the gold standard among advanced collectors. They rarely show up at public auction and when they do they are always met with enthusiastic bidding. We expect this lot to be no exception!
