This original poster was produced for the second annual Police Picnic Festival held at the CNE Exhibition Stadium in Toronto on August 13 1982. The Police were in the middle of their massive “Ghost in the Machine” tour which included North & South America as well as 28 dates in Europe. This single day festival in Toronto featured The Police headlining with opening acts Joan Jett and the Blackhearts Spoons A Flock of Seagulls and the English Beat. During the Police set Ranking Roger of the English Beat joined them on a fabulous rendition of "One World (Not Three)".
