This Original Program is from the 1967 Newport Folk Festival! Bob Dylan's performances at Newport in the early 60's put the legendary festival on the map of musical legacy. This program features the talented lineup for summer 1967 including Joni Mitchell Leonard Cohen The Chambers Brothers Arlo Guthrie Muddy Waters and many more. What a wonderful way to own a piece of music history and share in the excitement of that festival! Buffalo Springfield (appear in the program) were scheduled to appear however they had to cancel at the last minute because of guitarist Ritchie Furay's illness.
