When Family Dog was no longer doing shows at the Avalon Ballroom Soundproof Productions began producing a series of concerts at the venue in January 1969. Soundproof enlisted the talents of several underground comix artists like Rick Griffin Gilbert Shelton and Jack Jaxon for the designs on the promotional material. This April 1969 Grateful Dead poster was created by Jaxon and is a stand out among the rest of the series of Avalon Dead issues during this period. 100% Original with no restoration!
