September 23 1967 at the Veterans Memorial Theatre in the Marin Civic Center in San Rafael CA - First Printing Concert Handbill 8 1/2" x 10 6/64" This event was a COASTAL INITIATIVE BENEFIT   Features black printing on thin white paper with a high quality illustration based on a photo of Steve Miller at center of surrounding artwork of drums cannon American flags & Eagle above carrying banner which reads "Vote Yes on 20". PAE Graded Near Mint “89” Small light stain at lower left corner light handling.
