Presenting THE FIRST TIME this super RARE Original Poster has appeared in our auction! You will not likely see it surface again anytime soon - if EVER! Texas born Edgar Winter is featured on this vintage cardboard poster from May 1972. The concert took place in Providence Rhode Island at the old Palace Theater formerly a Loews which first opened in 1928.

Winter's early recording of "Tobacco Road" propelled him into the national spotlight. This concert took place literally within months of the artist beginning to form and lead The Edgar Winter Group. By the end of '72 his timeless songs "Frankenstein" and "Free Ride" became instantaneous arena rock classics throughout the seventies and beyond.
