We are thrilled to offer this SIGNED ORIGINAL ART by renowned poster artist Lee Conklin! This pen & ink drawing was produced for Conklin's design of the BG-107 poster issue featuring Paul Butterfield's performances at the Fillmore in February 1968. This piece not only includes the artist's signature but also printer's notes in the side margins of the paper. Lee Conklin designed many Fillmore images and is one of the most famous psychedelic poster artists of the 1960’s. He also created the iconic album cover for Santana's debut album which was originally the Bill Graham BG-134 poster art. This lot is without a doubt a rare offering for Conklin fans and collectors!
