Here’s a relic featuring Baltimore’s own late 60’s band The Peppermint Rainbow! This incredibly rare original cardboard poster was produced to promote their concert at the Zembo Mosque in Harrisburg PA on November 28th 1968. They formed in Maryland during 1967 under the name "New York Times" but then changed their name to The Peppermint Rainbow after they signed to Decca Records the following year. Their single "Will You Be Staying After Sunday" spent 14 weeks on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and reached No. 32 - selling over one million copies. You won’t likely see another one of these historic cardboard posters anytime soon.
