A museum quality condition original poster from one of the hottest and most collectible venues! Blues hall of famer Freddie King had an impressive and yet too-short career. He inspired countless guitarists across the globe with this distinctive style and technique. His life was cut short at the young ago of 42 due to complications from acute pancreatitis and a heavy road touring lifestyle. King was on the road almost 300 days out of the year.

This original poster has just emerged from a recently unearthed and long held collection of Texas material. Armadillo World Headquarters posters are currently enjoying top collector demand. This can be attributed to several reasons including scarcity historical significance as ground zero in the Texas psychedelic scene and the recently published book on the venue "Armadillo World Headquarters - A Memoir" by Eddie Wilson with Jesse Sublett and forward by Dave Marsh.
