For those who want it ALL! This lot represents one of the most unique INSIDER items we've ever had the pleasure of offering in our auction! Here we have an original Allman Brothers Band Booking Contract & Rider SIGNED by Bill Graham & Gregg Allman! This 7 page contract was produced on June 15th 1972 for the Allman Brothers performance at the Berkeley Community Theatre concert later that summer on August 4th.
The band was touring to support their most recent record "Eat A Peach" which was released several months prior in February. It was the second to last album to feature bassist Berry Oakley who unfortunately died a few months after this Berkeley concert in November 1972 from a motorcycle accident - not unlike Duane a year earlier. This incredible SIGNED Contract is a ONE OF A KIND piece of history!
Size: 8 1/2" x 11". Two rusted staples in the upper left creases in the upper left corner on the contract page (1) folded into thirds as if mailed.
