This lot will be accompanied by a Letter of Provenance attesting to the fact that it resided in the historic Early '66 Time Capsule Collection one of the most exciting and important concert poster discoveries of past 20 years.

These Firehouse handbills were charmingly printed in the old fashioned letterpress style. The venue was one of the first to feature light shows in the city. It was owned by George Eby (and his dog Potpan). Eby let the members of Sopwith Camel live upstairs in the building and also rehearse in that space for a month or so before they began performing there with The Charlatans in March.
