"Vito" Paulkas was an early LA Bohemian /Artist /Freak that is actually credited for being the first to use the term "Freak Out"! He was a central figure in "the scene" who was known to have influenced the Byrds Arthur Lee / Love and Frank Zappa & the Mothers.
