The Buffalo Springfield was the launching pad for the careers of Neil Young and Stephen Stills.  The short-lived folk rock band made its first pass at Bay Area in November and December of 1966 with performances at both the Fillmore and The Avalon Ballroom.  This immaculate handbill for the Bands first official show at the Avalon is a harder find for collectors than the poster itself.
