Here we have the FIRST example of this vintage Grateful Dead poster to appear in our auction! The Grateful Dead took the stage at Bakersfield Civic Auditorium in California in early 1978 following a blistering show in Santa Barbara the night before. This poster was designed by renowned artist Randy Tuten. The Uncle Sam skeleton figure was created by Gary Gutierrez and appeared in the The Grateful Dead movie.
